The vehicle is safely loaded onto a German 2 post lift, the surrounding trims, supports and undertrays are removed. Fluids are drained, connected hoses, pipes and electronics are disconnected. The engine is separated from the gearbox / or subframe lowered and removed.

Ancillary components are removed from the bare engine. The engine assembly is stripped down to the last bolt and inspected for damage. All usable components are thoroughly cleaned using industrial grade machines. Engine components are prepped along with new parts, gaskets and seals.

New main and conrod bearings are installed in the block along with a new crankshaft, oil jets, connecting rods, oil pump, pistons and rings. An upgraded timing kit is installed then the rear cover and oil sump. A new head gasket is fitted with the cylinder head along with new camshafts & carrier, hydraulic tappets, rocker arms, valves and stem seals. Rocker cover is installed with a new gasket.

Ancillary components are reattached, the engine is fitted back to the vehicle with a new oil filter, oil and coolant. All pipes hoses and electronics, supports and trims are reattached. The vehicle is tested to ensure smooth engine operation. Engine rebuild complete!
